One who looks outside dreams and one who looks inside awakens.
The world is a fast changing place. Whether it is an employee working at the office or whether it is the boss who is working at the same office, everyone has his own way of dealing with the things at the work place. But then the difference still remains there and the difference remains intact, there is an office, a boss and a employee.
Things have changed a lot in the past few years. Computers have made the life of many people comfortable and convenient, but then there is a line that is drawn as to who is the boss and who is the employee. Strange isn't it, but then this is also very much true. A slight change is also there, if you look at the things closely you will find that there can be a team leader, an assistant manager, and a manager, but then things still remain the same, the fact of the matter is that there is someone who has got a control over you and he is going to monitor you.
So what's next. There are two ways to it, either you know the things or you do not know the things. If you know the things, then experience counts. If you do not know the things then it is not experience that counts, but it is the fact that you will have to learn the things at first, which you like.
So going ahead with the nature of the things the first thing that comes to the mind is that if an individual knows the things then how to go ahead with the next steps. Well, taking a look at how the things are working around you, you will notice that there is a difference that comes into picture when it comes to knowing things, application of things and implementation of the things. It is the implementation of the things that makes or breaks the confidence of a person. If you have an experience and then you start implementing the things, success can be yours, but then if you do not know the things and still try to work out the things, that is make an implementation of the things, it is not possible.
Thus implementation of the things is very crucial. This is followed by the fact that one must always possess the ability to learn from the mistakes at first and then have the thought process inside your mind that, Yes! definitely I want to learn new things.
So if you look outside as to how the things work and want to become a part of those things then you are having a dream about those things, but at the same point of time if you know what sort of things are related to you and you try to correlate along with those things then life becomes completely different.
Thus to know the outside world is always a very good thing, but to know more about the things around you is still very much important.
